Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management/supervision.

Experience in a substrate or service business.

Experience in a unionized environment (good to have).

Maintain correct staffing levels for the operations, installations, sanding, and millwork departments.

Ensure all supervisors meet their metrics.

Uphold BCH health and safety standards and policies.

7+ years of production management experience with a continuous flow manufacturing facility

Align product specification, customer expectation, and process capabilities

Develop and adhere to approved cost center fixed costs, operations, and training budgets.

Create a safe work environment through observations, positive conversations, and feedback.

Improve contribution margin by producing quality product at the lowest possible cost.

Optimize the use of raw materials

3 to 5 years' experience in management experience

Exceptional planning, time management and organizational skills

Identify staff requirements to complete production orders.

3 to 5 years' experience with industrial refrigeration

Knowledge of the refrigeration process (considered an asset)

Provides a flexible manufacturing capability through the use of both in-house capabilities and external resources where required.

Results-driven retail store management, or industrial management experience

Programs to stop smoking, diabetes management coaching, and on demand care options.
