• 7-10 years of Organizational Change Mgmt experience

• Experience with Workday or other ERP HR systems

• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.

• Identify and coordinate local communication specialists/teams to support the review, customisation, and distribution of communications.

• Fluently bilingual (English and French)

Knowledge and experience of strategic planning, organizational design, change management, and strategic communications

10+ years of professional experience in organizational change management

Develop a change management approach based on a situational awareness of the change and the groups being impacted

Apply the change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by the project or initiative

Knowledge and experience supporting Agile teams, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred

Knowledgeable of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Change management certification or designation

Create a 12 to 18-month plan to show the maturation of the change management function.

Lead training efforts including the design, delivery, and management of training program.

Manage and mitigate any risks associated with the change, including identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of advanced project management frameworks and organizational change management principles, tools and methodologies

A strong experience in driving Transformation and Change Management projects

Applying a structured methodology to drive change management, training, adoption and communications activities related to major transformation projects and initiatives;

Have 5+ years within HR Operations, project management, or management consulting, and ideally in a matrix organization

A solid background in developing and implementing Change Management strategies

Experience with facilitation and coaching is an asset

5+ years of experience in change management supporting large IT initiatives

Excellent Communication skills, documentation skills, written skills, and emotional intelligence

Experience with HRIS Implementations with either WorkDay, BambooHR, ADP, Ceridian, SuccessFactors

Loves rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds of project work

Minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience

Demonstrated knowledge of change management best practises, methodologies, tools, processes and approaches

Defines, develops, evolves and promotes organisational change management strategies for the RCM

Advises leadership on successful change management approaches, risk mitigation and lessons learned from industry best practises

Certified in Change Management methodology (ADKAR® or CCMP®)

Minimum of 10 years of related business experience

1 year developing SharePoint change management strategies for the Federal Government Electronic Document and Records Management Solution (EDRMS)

3 projects developing change management projects for 1 of the following Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and/or SharePoint Online.

Ensure appropriate integration of solutions with NRCan’s existing instance of the GC content management solution (GCdocs, leveraging MS Dynamics);

Implementing an Information Management Roadmap, Design and associated documentation (e.g. policies and practices) for the solution and support their implementation, including:

Valid Enhanced Reliability Clearance with the Federal Government of Canada

Design and develop solution architecture, including information architecture, technical architecture and integrated architecture for the back-end M365 implementation for NRCan;

Certification(s) in Organizational Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)

5-10 years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management

Leads change management components from design, through implementation and assessment for transformation initiatives.

Generates original ideas, formulates strategies, proposes change strategy, and develops innovative change management.

Keeps current on research and trends in the change management/business transformation discipline.

Anticipates, identifies, mitigates, and manages resistance.

5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing employee engagement/ experience, talent management and organizational effectiveness programs.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Design and implement organizational effectiveness initiatives, including organizational design, talent/ performance management, process improvement, and culture change.

Develop and maintain HR metrics to track the effectiveness of talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Provide coaching, training, and support to managers and employees on talent management and organizational effectiveness topics.

5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing employee engagement/ experience, talent management and organizational effectiveness programs.

Supports the development and maintenance of OCM strategies, work plans and deliverables, e.g., assessments, change canvases, engagements, presentations, toolkits

Maintains stakeholder matrix and impact assessments, supports and runs impact assessment activities, and prepares impact reports

Supports development and execution of stakeholder engagement plans, including preparing for and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement activities

Provides support for change network plan, as well as network development and activities
