Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.

Returns and Exchanges: Handle return requests, process exchanges, and manage returns according to company policies.

Bachelors or Diploma in Administrative Management, Accounting / Finance or Business

Highly developed organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills with great attention to detail

Third Party Reporting and other projects or responsibilities that may be assigned

Minimum 2 years related experience in a sales environment or high-level customer service environment

Strong MS Office skills, specifically advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat

-Knowledge of the flooring industry as an asset

Position hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

- Taking phone and email orders

- Processing counter sales; taking and posting payments

- Filing, scanning documents, and additional clerical tasks as required

- Helping Customers select flooring in the showroom
