Order Fulfillment Specialist Jobs in Nova Scotia

Knowledge of product offerings and inventory management is an advantage

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems

Well-developed time management skills working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, dynamic environment; and work confidently under pressure on tight deadlines

Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.

Returns and Exchanges: Handle return requests, process exchanges, and manage returns according to company policies.

Basic computer skills to navigate warehouse management systems and related software

Valid Reach Truck certification, an assist

Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse

Load and unload trucks, containers, and shelves using the forklift

-Knowledge of the flooring industry as an asset

Position hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

- Taking phone and email orders

- Processing counter sales; taking and posting payments

- Filing, scanning documents, and additional clerical tasks as required

- Helping Customers select flooring in the showroom
