Supports all Planning and Material Centre Clerks in achieving key performance targets and superior customer service

Ensure that all customer queue’s and service levels are managed within specified timeframes.

Proven ability to manage manpower/workload in peak and emergency situations

Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, including written documentation, presentations and verbally in a professional, knowledgeable manner

Update Production charts (Visual management tools) and report production activities, team goals and countermeasures to management during daily management meetings

Relevant post-secondary degree (Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, BEng., BA)

Manage Cell Planners, Inventory Control Analyst and Engineering Change Coordinator

Manage cycle count program across multiple warehouses, review inventory adjustments, monitor and maintain accuracy

Manages EN changes, collaborate with PM Team to ensure material life cycle is up to date

Coordinate and track production activities to meet daily FG/WIP/Kanban requirements

Min of 5 years’ experience in product and project management for a pharmaceutical or biotech company

Requires individuals with excellent project management, organization skills, good attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility

Agile Project Management methodology qualifications desirable

Monitor and track launch planning within Smartsheets and other project management tools.

Support the commercial team with project management when necessary

Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Smartsheet, Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word
