Extensive knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) enabling you to define, develop and maintain the platform

5 years of experience with learning management systems and training content creation software.

Manage the entire training process, including planning, coordinating and delivering training sessions.

Define, develop and maintain training data tracking to ensure regulatory compliance and meet reporting requirements.

Promote the tools available, continuously improve the employee experience and stimulate their participation in training activities.

5 years of previous professional experience in coordination and development of training programs

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

·Knowledge and experience in delivering training on specified packages and platforms

·5+ years of experience as Trainer, preferably in Public Sector or Contact Centre

·Experience delivering training material to both technical and non-technical users.

· Experience creating training material or user documentation, preferably in OPS or Healthcare sector

·Experience creating and managing training project plan/schedules

Minimum one year working in a learning management system

Knowledge and experience of training effectiveness theory

Project Manage the set up and execution and completion of mandatory trainings.

Bachelor’s degree or six years related experience

Minimum five years’ experience managing complex detailed projects or workload

Minimum three years of Human Resources training experience

Experience in project, operations, administration and/or finance management

Develop and publish reports for Engineering Resource Management Review using HR and PMO inputs, Talent, Critical Skills and Training

Bachelor's degree such as Engineering, Management or Finance

Coaching and Support Users on their usage of the Dashboard and support process for CC Management

Define and Manage the MYB construction process within Engineering (schedule, instruction, checklists)

Consolidate and track in Procurements for all Engineering Cost Centers, ensuring efficient process with collaborating functions (Legal, Procurement, Finances)

o Project coordination/management experience with strong organizational and time management skills is essential.

o Minimum of three years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

o Strong working knowledge of the higher education industry.

o Experience in developing and delivering online end-user training courses and other digital learning modules.

o Experience designing, planning, and implementing end-user training curriculum

o Excellent oral and written communication skills - Fluency in English is required.
