What You Need To Know

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operation, operational excellence, asset management, projects, engineering.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is an asset.

Experience working in engineering, operation or as a project manager is an asset.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timeline and expectations.

Update/Maintain fix and variables costs and work in collaboration with the asset finance team in integrating those logics into financial processes.

5 years experience as a financial analysis role in the mining or manufacturing sector.

Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience (previous experience in risk management or auditing is highly valued);

Working knowledge of the financial/asset management industry.

Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Conducting risk assessments: You will evaluate various business processes and systems to identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies.

Developing risk management plans: You will create strategies to mitigate identified risks and develop plans to implement those strategies.

Providing guidance: You will provide guidance to other departments on risk management strategies and best practices.

Engage with operations and financial management to develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in support of recurring business reviews

Knowledge and/or Experience with SCADA systems

Advanced experience with programming language (Python, Shiny, R preferred)

3-5 years of Wind industry experience

3-5 years of successful experience in database development and report creation

Experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau and/or Minitab or similar

Cooperate with other internal departments according to business needs and strategies of Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing

Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous analytical, strategy, consulting, or research role

Excellent written and oral English skills; French language skills an asset

Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Strong influencing skills (up, down, across the organization)

Staying on top of emerging trends, deepening corporate knowledge, and strategizing corporate initiatives in a specific health services area.

Three to four years of progressive and varied administrative experience.

People skills.This is key. You’ll be interacting daily with various teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Have experience with process improvement, including process mapping and documentation of procedures.

Have knowledge of the Plan, Do, Study, Act methodology.

Have experience working with people via distance.

Experience in Change Management (Prosci®ADKAR experience and/or certification preferred).

Project and/or program management experience.

Strong time management, presentation, communication and organizational skills.

Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications or relevant experience:

Minimum of eight years of experience in business operations and/or manufacturing plant leadership.

University or College degree with a concentration in Engineering, Operations, or Business.
