Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the applicable CCMB policy

Three (3) years’ experience within settings such as medical/surgical or ambulatory care

3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

Broad experience in a wide range of sectors, functions and processes

Minimum of 2 years Marketing or Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical sector

Excellent business acumen and analytical capabilities to ensuring effective Marketing spend (cost management), (re)assessing the ongoing viability of related investments

Manages within allotted budget while maximizing effectiveness of resources and tools.  Monitors and evaluates competitive products and marketplace dynamics.

Therapeutic area experience in Uro-Oncology, strongly preferred

3 - 5 years of experience in sales – Hematology experience is desired.

Experience in mapping patient journeys and uncovering care gaps that will be tackled by tailor-made projects.

Combination of at least five years of experience in pharmaceutical forecasting, product management, market research, or secondary data analysis

Strong organizational skills and time management; ability to manage diverse range of simultaneous projects

Broad and deep therapeutic area knowledge, with advanced skill, expertise in Oncology preferred

Excellent Excel skills with advanced skill in SAS or other statistical programming preferred

Strategic thinking skills and ability to build credibility and relationships with Commercial Leadership Team

MBA or Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Statistics, Science or other relevant discipline

Previous G.I or G.U. surgical nursing experience preferred.

Applicants must be eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in the province of Nova Scotia

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Permanent, Part-time / 50% FTE / 37.5 Hours Bi-weekly

Minimum two years experience in clinical practice in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred

Graduate from a recognized university program in Pharmacy

Completion of a Pharmacy Residency Program preferred
