Liaise with Customer Service and Sales team regarding order holds, order releases, and prepayment requirements

Support the Accounting Manager with accounts payable

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines

Post-Secondary diploma or degree in accounting/commerce/management or equivalent work experience

Who have exceptional customer service skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role

Accounting experience in a consumer packaged goods/distribution environment would be an asset

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be preferred

Outstanding customer service skills and orientation

Minimum one year of experience in an accounting role with an understanding of accounting principles and practices

Problem-solving skills – the ability to identify, understand, and resolve problems

Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral

Strong communication skills, professional attitude and ability to work independently within a team context

Experience with accounting software, such as Jonas Premier, Sage or Quickbooks, is an asset

Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
