An Ocean Freight Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods by sea. They are responsible for managing the entire process from the point of origin to the point of destination. This includes booking cargo space, arranging for the necessary documents, tracking shipments, and ensuring that the cargo is delivered on time and in good condition. They must also be knowledgeable about customs regulations, tariffs, and other related laws. To become an Ocean Freight Coordinator, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
