2 years of relevant clinical experience and ability to work independently in the NICU

Experience working with NICU patients requiring complex feeding plans

Experience in feeding and feeding assessments

Working knowledge of prematurity, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, and feeding challenges including but not limited to Down Syndrome, and Cleft Lip/Palate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a member of the team

Relevant experience in managing acute patients in a variety of programs

Demonstrates clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and is able to be self-directed in a fast-paced, flexible working environment

Previous experience and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistants
