New Media Specialist Jobs

Support Opening Order DC, including but not limited to coordination of Inbound Freight, system management of all transactions.

Post-secondary education in related field preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered.

Develop in depth knowledge of core products, and brand standards.

Work closely with TM (Territory Managers) on the NHOP process.

Min. of 3 years relevant experience in sales with a proven track record of growing profitable business.

Broad knowledge of the business and program/process implementation techniques is required.

Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy, through the pillars of community foundations, and guest experience to life.

1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Learner Mindset: Is curious, open to feedback, and pursues learning and progressing new skills to continually grow and develop

Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.

Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.

Assist with Post-Occupancy deficiency management and resident communications.

Relevant post-secondary education and/or previous Customer Service and Construction experience preferred.

Strong customer-focused oral and written communication skills and experience with cross-departmental communication.

Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused on multiple ongoing tasks while using your available resources efficiently and effectively.

Prepare required documentation to be provided to purchasers and ensure suite readiness for the scheduled Homeowner Orientation

Conduct maintenance and warranty reviews

Maintain business documents such as workflow and instructional manuals to ensure knowledge transfer amongst the team.

Triage client requests as appropriate to more experienced colleagues or the Manger.

Knowledge of standard office software (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Powerpoint)

In collaboration with the team develops and produces creative media assets.

On direction from more senior team members, packages in-house, custom, digital assets for production.

Conducts testing on customized digital assets to ensure they meet specifications and makes suggestions to resolve issues.

Two years of experience in sourcing, project management, commercial, engineering, manufacturing, or quality discipline in a technical and/or highly regulated industry

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Nuclear industry experience; Working knowledge of Nuclear Codes & Standards as they relate to procurement activities.

Experience with CSA (Canadian Standards Association) standards

Strong interpersonal and influencing, skills

Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service
