Minimum of three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.

Adheres to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.

Need to have good math, reading, and writing skills.

Location: 4990 92 Ave, Edmonton, T6B 2W1

Shift: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 1pm to 9:30pm

2+ years’ related office experience

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

Advanced multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet performance and service goals

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong listening skills

Knowledge of services provided by Home and Community Care Support Services

Project Management certification or equivalent experience

Responsible for the delivery and implementation of in store experience programming.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and deliver initiatives that impact guest experience in North American retail stores.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

Deep understanding and experience in retail – 5+ years industry experience with strong leadership experience

Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience facilitating meetings and trainings
