Superior time management, organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail required.

Completion of a relevant post-secondary Administrative Assistant/Office Management Program at the College level required

Must be proficient in written and oral communication skills to support our requirement to read, edit and compose correspondence

Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio), e-requisition (SRM) and ESP

Good inter-personal skills and ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals

Good problem-solving skills and an ability to work as a team member on projects

Experience with patients with neurological disease is an asset

Working knowledge of software packages such as Accuro, PAS/PHS, SunnyCare and QuadraMed are preferred.

Experience in booking necessary diagnostic tests/procedures

Demonstrated proficiency and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office

Demonstrated proficiency in English grammar, with excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills in order to meet deadlines.

Five years of related work experience such as curriculum development, student recruitment, adult education, human resources, program or project management

Knowledge and understanding of adult educational systems, structure and language is considered an asset

Manages operations for academic programs and activities, marketing, resource acquisition, ongoing review, and partnership activities

Master’s Degree in Education or Masters in a Health Care Discipline preferred

8 -12 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in the technology consulting space specifically in Pharma domain.

Experience with Business intelligence and reporting tool PowerBI

Experience operating common oceanographic equipment including ADCP's, CTD's, DO and Tu.

Experience assembling, deploying/recovering/ and maintaining oceanographic moorings.

Basic examination of oceanographic time-series for QA/QC purposes.

Identifying any potential issues encountered in the measurements which need to be considered prior to starting the routine analyses.

Running of existing programs using tools from ASL's Matlab library.

Maintaining and extending our existing library to meet client needs.

Post-secondary education, preferably a Bachelor of Commerce or MBA or equivalent experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus and presentation experience

5-10 years of consultative selling experience, including financial products and services

Experience with PowerPoint and Excel and presentations to C-Level executives

Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets

Travel is a requirement of the role

Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated skill in competency-based education and assessment.

A PhD in a health-related discipline, and/or significant work experience in education, including student assessment.

Experience using and/or designing with educational technologies and online delivery methods.

Demonstrate leadership and positively influence educational culture and community in the School and Faculty

Evidence of highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills, including the ability to influence others and drive change.

Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design, development, and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.

Oversee construction projects and deliver cutting-edge building science services, including restoration engineering and building envelope design and renewal;
