Monitoring Surveyor Assistant Jobs

Experience of progressive responsibility in similar position or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be preferable.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Review field data files provided by Survey team to ensure the correct application of the design.

Calculate cross sections and profiles with Autocad Civil 3D and other Roadway design software

Quantities calculation from monthly field surveys

Construction progress monitoring using drone

Undertake project management and contract administration roles in delivery of the successful capital funding capital projects.

Assist the technical teams to undertake core building surveying duties, including condition surveys, specialist defect inspections, asset management plans.

Liaise with educational establishments to determine capital refurbishment projects viable for CIF bidding.

Collate secondary research from educational establishments to support the capital funding bid.

Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the responsibilities of the role

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience

Work closely with project managers and engineers to provide accurate and timely updates on monitoring activities.

Support the Monitoring Surveyor team in collecting and analyzing field data related to construction projects.

Assist with the installation and maintenance of monitoring equipment to ensure accurate data collection.

Monitor the quality of the work being delivered by the contractor and their appointed sub-contractors.

Collaborate with the Monitoring Surveyor team to document and report findings and observations.
