Sustain ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate additional revenue streams.

Demonstrated end-to-end sales experience, specifically selling software or cloud-based applications within the finance market.

Employ a solution-oriented sales approach, leveraging your experience in managing complex sales cycles.

History of identifying customer requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

Identify and qualify potential prospects, fostering new sales opportunities and maintaining steady revenue streams.

Liaisons with Management, Environment, Safety, Finance and other departments.

Assist area management in planning, coordinating and supervising production activities

Data entry for production entries in SAP (plant and production reports)

Work closely with managers and foremen on pit and plant optimization

Coordinate with sales, project managers, quality control personnel, and plant production on project details, scheduling, and problem resolution

Works closely with Operations Manager, Land Manager, Area Managers, Equipment Manager, Mining Engineer and Foremen

Minimum of five (5) years experience in project management and/or development;

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the mining field;

Minimum of five (5) years experience in team supervision;

Have leadership, teamwork and good interpersonal communication skills;

Good analytical and synthesis skills;

Good technical knowledge of the mining industry (ventilation, planning, design, drilling & blasting, cut-off grade, OPEX, CAPEX, geotechnics);

Degree in Public Administration, Conservation Sciences, Resource Management, or a related field;

Experience managing a team, including undertaking performance reviews;

Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating programs, strategies, policies, and/or services;

Experience administering resource legislation and/or regulatory processes;

Strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and influence people

Experience analyzing, researching and preparing technical reviews and/or reports;

Experience working cooperatively as team lead or as part of a team;

Experience working with assessment, mining and environmental legislation, regulations and policies;

Experience engaging with First Nation governments, non-governmental organizations and the public;

Experience working with the Umbrella Final Agreement and Yukon First Nation Agreements would be considered an asset.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, both written and oral

Required qualifications are as follows:

·Have 10 years of relevant experience in mining engineering

·Have a good knowledge of Deswik suite software

Seeking new graduate or recently graduated EITs

Undergraduate degree in Mining, Civil or Geological Engineering

Registered or are immediately eligible for membership with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGA)

Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent

Completed post-secondary education with a focus in mining or operations management

Experience planning and organization skills with the ability to manage often competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline drive environment

Knowledgeable with Microsoft applications along with strong computer skills

As a Mining Operations Manager, YOU will experience:
