Millwright experience required, welding and machining experience preferred

Proven experience working in and maintaining a safe work environment

Competitive salary - $46.68 / hour

Overtime opportunities available - Earn up to $70.02 / hour

Setup and operate to prescribed tolerances lathes, milling, grinding, drilling, sawing, welding and boring machines.

Using a variety of industrial equipment, tools and machinery, handles repairs and maintenance of plant production and other related equipment.

Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual inspections, listening for irregular noises and conducting scheduled testing as needed.

Report all findings using eMaint software and tablet.

Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment.

Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification or installation of machinery

Knowledge of record keeping processes and procedures and maintaining inventories within a computerized inventory management system.

Apprentices and graduates of the Parts Management Technician Program are welcome to apply. Apprenticeship opportunities are available.

Considerable knowledge of receiving, stocking, tagging and issuing supplies in a computerized stores operation.

Knowledge and ability to apply up-to-date accounting functions and parts procurement procedures as required by current purchasing procedures.

Must possess or be able to obtain certification as a Forklift operator.

Requisitions, receives, stores, issues, and inventories a wide variety of stock and non-stock parts.
