Mechanical Production Supervisor Jobs in Quebec

Possess a comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts with strong analytical and reasoning skills.

1-3 years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.

Supervise and plan production by coordinating with our individual department Lead Hands and Inside Sales.

Assurer d’avoir suffisamment de ressources formées sur chaque poste critique (polyvalence, matrice de compétences);

Vérifier et approuver les heures des employés;

Must possess a minimum of a High school diploma or mechanical trade certification;

Proficient knowledge of railway operations (road, yard, locomotive, mechanical);

Working knowledge of CP systems (CIM, TYES, YOP, Nexus, ITM, SAP and Wreck Estimator);

Knowledge of collective agreement/non- union policies;
