Preference will be given to individuals with a Marine Management background combined with the following:

·Previous experience as Marine Manager or Marine Superintendent

·Experiencing with TM Master or similar management platforms

·Conducting all marine personnel hiring, manage crew schedules, etc.

·Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position

Must have above average Microsoft Windows application experience, communications and interpersonal skills.

Manage the data within a Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR).

Must have previous experience working with Logistics Support Analysis application software such as OmegaPS, Reliasoft RAM, and/or Analyzer.

5 years experience operating and maintaining ship systems.

Conduct, contribute and assist in the identification of material resources to support system and subsystem preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Conduct detailed sparing analysis to determine the optimum quantity and distribution of spares.

Strong analytical, problem – solving and decision making abilities, excellent organizational and time management skills.

Dive Accident Management and O2 provider certificate Preferred

Communicating with the Environmental Coordinator on daily requirements, preventative maintenance requirements and tasks;

Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Must possess effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to effectively communicate in English (written and oral)

Experience tending divers and participating in dive operations considered an asset

Annual base Salary of $75,000.00 to $85,000.00

15% Bonus based on personal and corporate performance.

Provide field support and planning for USV deployments, including USV piloting, USV launch and recovery, and other support

Support the collection, organization and analysis of oceanographic and other maritime data

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an integrated project team

Ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with all relevant procedures, rules, regulations, codes, standards, and specifications

Delivering rigging designs, hydrostatic stability analysis, motions, and mooring analysis

Specifying and technically evaluating the supply of Marine/ROV equipment, rigging, and vessels

Planning and executing scaled model testing and marine simulations

Participating in design and gate reviews as well as operational risk assessments

SCUBA experience or commercial dive certification.

5 to 10 years of progressive experience in marine biology.

Experience leading and conducting marine biology and/or ocean science programs.

Experience working with federal regulators on permits and authorizations.

Experience collaborating with Indigenous peoples.

Experience with offsetting and habitat compensation in the marine environment.

Participates in emergency drills in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, the Safety Management System.

Manage the replacement of any machinery and plumbing when required

You have eight (8) to ten (10) years of commercial management experience, ideally including the following:

Day to day management of contracts (prime or sub) including, where necessary, amendments, claims and dispute resolution
