Manufacturing Strategy Project Leader Jobs in Manitoba

Exceptional written communication skills; the ability to craft persuasive and polished proposal copy and written communications

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience preferred

Directly qualify, develop, and close deals that drive $5MM calendar year ‘New Business’ revenue with $15MM in TCV

Collaborate with other sales leaders to support the FIT BU

Conduct research into target organizations to uncover power and business needs

Drive prospecting efforts within current client base and in target customer profiles to generate leads

Creation and management of job budgets.

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or manufacturing engineer/specialist in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in Nuclear is an asset but not a requirement.

Experience with Primavera P6 or other scheduling software is an asset but not a requirement.

Create and manage P6 Schedule to reflect accurate timelines and resource profiles for all T Part Projects.

Assist manufacturing team leads and project managers in developing and maintaining a project baseline schedule including resource planning and costs.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills working cooperatively and collaboratively across business units, functional departments, and other teams

Lead technology and process optimization and change management, identifying key learning and development opportunities for appropriate stakeholders

Focus on improving the overall experience for candidates, hiring managers and the TA team

Continuously evaluate the TA technology landscape, understanding offerings and developing practical applications that will improve the overall TA operation and experience

Lead change management efforts for key stakeholders and customers of the TA organization

Develop and manage key metrics to measure effectiveness of our talent strategies and initiatives
