$70,000 - $90,000 (dependent on experience/knowledge)

40% hands on shop/floor & 60% office/acting as a liaison between production and management

Manage and maintain the calibration of equipment through the calibration log.

Project / Program Management of key or critical projects / programs as required.

Raising and resolving dig program and Business Unit issues in partnership with the execution Manager

Identifying and analyzing program challenges, problems and process breakdowns and supporting continuous improvement of the processes and practices that bring value.

Coordinating with Sponsors and Partners to influence overall scope of digs and how/when they are issued

Proactively communication with Business Units, including communicating risks and opportunities

Identifying and recommending enhancements to standards and specifications

Design parts for additive manufacturing and slice geometries based on the functional requirements outlined by clients

Act as a project manager and own numerous concurrent projects with varying priority, scope, and complexity

Experience in additive manufacturing using fused filament fabrication 3D printing

Experience with any open 3D printing Slicers: SuperSlicer/PrusaSlicer, Cura or Simplify3D

Experience with CAD software such as Solidworks or Fusion 360 is an asset

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Must be available to work overtime as requested by management in order to meet business needs.

Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certification.

Offer suggestions on improvement of processes and methods.

Post-secondary education, preferably in a technical/science discipline.
