Manage material certs and AS9102 reports

Assist Quality Manager in assigning, monitoring, and verifying Corrective, Preventive, Supplier, Complaint and Audit Follow up Actions (referred to as Actions).

File shipping and receiving documentation

Participates with stakeholders to develop potential actions and implementation.

Maintain a variety of data by entering new and updated information

Be a role model by following and re-enforcing safety, ESD, ITAR & QMS protocols

Level 2 Weld Inspector Certification, together with 3 years’ experience

Manage NCR and CAR processes, including providing training and coaching

Direct cross functional teams to develop and approve part qualifications

Design and manage the fabrication of jigs and fixtures

Quality equipment experience (Micrometer, Vernier, fillet gauges, hardness tester)

Skilled in technical tools such as PFMEA, GD&T, AQPQ, SPC, RCA, and Poke-a yoke

Good understanding of integrated management system principles, ISO9001 / ISO14001.

Manages the MRB process for plant related material dispositions.

Manage the internal audit program and lead audits

5 or more years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment with electro/mechanical products.

In depth working knowledge of 8D methodologies, establishing root cause and corrective actions.

Experience with Surface-mount technology and PCBA production/testing.

Effectively communicate technical aspects of products with shop foremen and management.

Utilize change management to implement and improve relevant processes, policies, and procedures to improve effectiveness across the engineering team.

Analyzing customer requirements and develop production drawings using Auto Cad/Solid Works.

Previous work experience with boilers and pressure vessels.

Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship building skills.

Developing new ASME Sec I, VI & VIII boiler/vessel design packages.

Act as a single point of contact for required updates, report out for management

Have working knowledge of the Corporate Engineering/Process standards including those, which outline inspection, & testing requirements (i.e. MQGR, MQAS etc.)

Have working knowledge and demonstration of drive towards implementing the industry standards in FCA systems, including adopting “industry best practice”

Knowledge of Unigraphics NX and Team Center

Strong knowledge of BIW/Exterior and sealing processes, GD& T, measurement systems, tooling/gauging and translating the product intent from idea to execution

As a subject matter expert, execute engineering change and documents including but not limited to TSA, PER, IAA and CNs. Etc.

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Drive KPI’s improvement by engaging, enabling, and supporting Factory Quality Managers to identify gaps and deliver improvement action plans.

10+ years QA experience in a dairy plant, corporate food safety/quality experience a plus

Strong Microsoft Office skills, statistics is a plus.

Knowledge of GFSI (preferably FSSC22000), food safety (HACCP) programs, Preventive Controls, and Quality Systems

Skill to document findings and data, clearly, concisely, and accurately

Active participation in ISO external/internal audits and support in implementation of Murata’ QMS (Quality Management System).

3+ years of relevant industry experience in quality department with strong technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical components, and systems.

Experience in working with remote teams and CMs (Contract Manufacturers).

Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.

Good understanding of statistical methods, continuous improvement, lean methodology (Green or six-sigma black belt certification will be plus).
