Liaise with Retail District Manager, Visual Merchandising Team, Finance Team, Logistics

Management of team and coaching with completion of team reviews twice yearly

Management of the promo calendar and MD cadence to hit inventory turn, and margin KPI's

Manage spend, planning quantities, and width versus depth of buy

To do the buy and set up buying schedules to meet delivery requirements for all parts of the business

5+ years experience in retail merchandising or buying

Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.

Data management within demand planning systems

Develop and communicate accurate demand plans to all areas of the business, including finance, marketing, operations, procurement, and the distribution centers

Manage ramp down and ramp up forecasts for transitional SKUs and delisted SKUs

Collaborate with finance on budgeting and volume forecasting

2-4 years of Demand Planning or Supply Chain experience, preference for CPG or QSR industry.

8+ years in demand and supply management or supply chain experience

Proven leadership experience and time management

Develop and monitor demand and inventory management KPI.

Control and manage the inventory of key items at outside warehouses (California DC, Tradefull…).

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
