Executes detailed, comprehensive stock and product management routines, including processing shipment and completing markdowns, merchandising, replenishment and fulfilling online orders.

Conducts opening and closing operational routines as needed, ensuring a successful start or completion of the store's daily business.

Welcomes guests and assists with finding their perfect pair, accessories or apparel.

Keeps an overview to daily operations and troubleshoots any concerns with transactions and store routines.

Some of your responsibilities include:

Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts

Experience performing risk assessment and management, developing mitigation strategies

Experience working in the telecommunications industry, with knowledge of network security and operations

Maintain the organizations compliance with the security requirements of the Government of Canada PSPC Contract Security Program.

Develop and implement safeguards and metrics in collaboration with operational and business teams to support client security requirements.

Review and maintain IT system security controls to ensure compliance with industry standards, Government of Canada ITSG, contract requirements and clauses.

Experience in information security and an understanding of the concepts and principles of information handling and protection

Escalate all return and exchange paperwork to management on duty for receipt signatures to be captured with daily closing flash paperwork;

Support the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience;

Interact with clients to ensure an elevated shopping experience.

Support with store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with direction from the Store Director/Team Manager – Operations.

Knowledgeable of all Gucci products and company policies, specifically on credit, sales, and customer service.

At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service-related industry;

Inform customers about discounts and special offers

Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.

Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

Retail experience or related field is a plus

1-2 years demonstrated security/surveillance experience. (Preference will be given to experience in a casino environment)

Education in related field of study including law enforcement would be a definite asset.

Current certification in first aid is an asset.

Monitoring security risk to the campus and patrons and reporting potential problems to the Security Supervisor;

Escorting and monitoring contractors, vendors, and visitors while in non-public areas;

Receiving & notifying departments of deliveries;

Processing and delivering mail; and

Following policies & procedures of the security and maintenance departments.

Providing specialized security services in a professional manner according to clients' needs

Patrolling properties to ensure the safety of persons and property.

Following and enforcing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Operating a marked company mobile vehicle if licensed

Reporting irregularities including security breaches, safety hazards and emergencies, and contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders.

Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries from the public

Nuclear security operations and patrols while ensuring compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Have a valid driver's licence and valid standard first aid and CPR certificates.

Previous experience in a Security role require

Basic Security Training (BST) certification required

Certification in First Aid required, Level 2 Preferred

Strong report writing skills required

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Supervisory experience in Security an asset

Knowledge of asset management and protection.

Possess good organization, communication, time management, stress management and prioritization skills.

Experience in the security industry, law enforcement or military would be an asset.

Knowledge of the diamond industry and understanding the diamond extraction process will be considered an asset.

Knowledge of relevant security legislation including PIPEDA, Criminal Code of Canada, Human Rights, etc.

Working knowledge of security systems and technologies such as Access Control and CCTV System.
