Running group sessions/workshops to teach healthy coping skills and resiliency.

Leads or co-leads projects or activities assigned by the Manager and or Director of Wellness.

Manage relationship with third parties providing Onsite certified coaches, counselors, and psychologist

• Skilled, knowledgeable and experienced in local community engagement and planning work including

recruitment, management and retention of diverse volunteers.

• Knowledge of research and direct experience of what families need and what fosters strong family

• Knowledge and experience of Neighbourhood House work, particularly community based program

• Diploma or Undergraduate degree or equivalent in social work, child and youth care, education or other

human service discipline with 1 – 2 years experience in the voluntary sector

Relevant post-secondary education and or experience in project management, events management, data/document management or communications;

Sound knowledge of administrative procedures and practices specifically used in project management office settings;

Coordinates and assists with the delivery of training sessions, and ensures that records are kept as per the Record Management Policy;

A minimum of three (3) years related business experience;

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel);

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Excellent communication and client management skills, presentation abilities and stakeholder management

Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels of management

Running group sessions/workshops to teach healthy coping skills and resiliency.

Alternatively an equivalent combination of education and experience in Aboriginal family and children issues in a child and family wellbeing context.

Knowledge of child development and demonstrated skills in the areas of assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.

Coordinate requirements for court hearings including preparing evidentiary materials, reviewing case information with lawyers, and appearing as a witness if required.

Participate in public communication and education activities.

Extensive knowledge of the history and culture of Aboriginal Peoples including First Nation, Métis, and Inuit.

Knowledge of Child, Youth and Family Services Act, Abuse Protocols, Risk Assessment Model and OnLAC.

Alternatively an equivalent combination of education and experience in Aboriginal family and children issues in a child and family wellbeing context.

Knowledge of child development and demonstrated skills in the areas of assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.

Coordinate requirements for court hearings including preparing evidentiary materials, reviewing case information with lawyers, and appearing as a witness if required.

Participate in public communication and education activities.

Customer Management exposure and Content Moderation would be a big plus!

Analyze job requirements and content in order to establish criteria for classification, assessment, selection, training, and other related personnel functions.

Manage clinical cases as appropriate

Additional certifications in a range of therapies beneficial

Additional certifications in a range of therapies beneficial

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the wellness or psychotherapy field.

Drive initiatives developed by the site lead

Evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data and share the insights with Wellness Lead.

Actively monitors change management initiatives and identifies potential risks.

Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Maintains and enhances professional audit qualifications in line with industry standards.
