Skills Requirements – Education And Work Experience

Prepare, measure and mark surface to be covered;

Build underbeds and install anchor bolts, wires and brackets;

Mix, apply and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives using hand trowel;

Set tiles in position and apply pressure to affix tiles to base;

Align and straighten tile using levels, squares and straightedges;

Enroll, organize and manage a marketing team

Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, determining the best course of action

In-depth knowledge in the gaming industry’s concepts, practices, procedures and trends

Excellent communication skills, analytical skills and creative thinking

Can build a house - start to finish

Practical understanding of sub-trades scope of work

A comprehensive understanding of both concrete and wood frame construction

Have a diverse understanding in Structural and Building Envelope design

Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction

No specific education required if experience is met

Build, manage and assemble custom millwork, furniture, kitchens and vanities under supervision of lead cabinet maker till confident on own

Experience of 1 year is required

Custom millwork and detailed woodwork experience is preferred but open to apprenticing promising candidate that shows interest in switching from carpentry

Read and interpret drawings plus specifications and prepare cut lists alongside lead cabinet maker till confident on own

Complete production tasks whilst making efficient use of time, product, and equipment

Timeline – Understand and notify Client PM’s and staff management of any issues

Knowledge of methods used in Architectural millwork and cabinet construction, and the ability to correctly note usage and design detail

Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access

Experience with Takeoff software such as Bluebeam, Acrobat, and PlanSwift

Ability to develop, schedule, and manage multiple projects on time and on budget

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

5+ years of relevant experience completing shop drawings or related AutoCAD drawings

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Strong analytical and communication skills

$27 - $35 / hour (to be negotiated) plus overtime at statutory rates and incremental raises as per company policy

Typical hours: 07:00 – 15:30 / 06:00 – 14:30

Saw filing knowledge, experience and/or qualifications.

Experience and knowledge in the timber processing industry.

Co-ordination of orders received with production requirements.

Production output to meet targeted requirements.

Good written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.

Experience in managing staff and production.
