System Expertise: Become a subject-matter expert in accounting systems, specifically SimCorp Dimension (SCD) and Precision Loan Management (PLM).

Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices, principles, and frameworks including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ability to use various Excel functions to build spreadsheets and manipulate/analyze large datasets

Desired Skills and Experience *

-Experience using conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Web-Ex)

-Any programming language (recreational level or from previous work experience)

-High proficiency in MS suite

-Comfortable with toggling between multiple screens

-Keen eye for detail and accuracy

-Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

-Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, data cleansing)

-Completed post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Economics, Business, Administration or equivalent

-Organized, Self Started, Initiative, Willingness to learn

A technical accounting education experience or accounting certificate would be an asset.

Have strong communication skills, verbal & written, with experience in providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate would have a combination of practical related experience and/or banking background.

Have proven organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Demonstrated experience includes knowledge of the following:

10+ years’ experience supporting Debt Services.

Extensive experience in Loan Administration, with an understanding of Loan specific complexities, Asset maintenance and Lifecycle events

Exceptional communication skills to deliver information to diverse clients, stakeholders, and personnel at all levels within an organization.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Sharepoint.

General proficiency with computer systems and softwares.

Motivated mentality, strong sense of urgency, and comfortable voicing ideas on how to improve processes.

12 month contract + possible extensions or convert to perm

Strong knowledge and understanding of Capital Markets and Wealth Management

Assist in the development and management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training programs

Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of a Quality Control program

Development, implementation and sustainment of the department’s key process and management controls, including control reports, dashboards, and analytics

Contribute to the development, ongoing management and sustainment of all Asset Servicing SOPs and training programs

Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge
