Minimum experience of two (2) years in an operational position with an airline, or tour operator

Excellent communication skills, and fluency in French and English, both oral and written.

Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite.

Good organizational skills, autonomy, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.

A work location in our Dorval office, including free parking

Assist Event Coordinators, Event Managers, Director of Venue Programming and Live Event Management and all other areas as requested

Currently enrolled in a University or College degree / diploma in a sport, public relations, event management or communications related field

Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required

Previous experience planning, coordinating, and executing events an asset

Support the execution of events by working with the Live Events team to lead all relevant event day personnel

Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management.

Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional

1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)

What qualifications do I need?

Weekly drawing (gift cards, electronics etc)

Manage irregular situations (delays, diversions, flight cancellations, etc.);

3 years of experience in airport operations;

Very good knowledge about the all facets of the aviation industry;

Plan, coordinate, communicate, lead and control the activities related to Air Transat flights at the Montreal airport (YUL);

Interact with various service providers, governmental agencies and airport authorities;

Monitor and coordinate the assignment of barriers;

Previous experience or training in the administrative aspects of building management

Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word
