Experienced developing new business clients and expanding existing business relationships.

Skillful with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and LinkedIn

Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet daily deadlines, and respond to changing focus.

Troubleshoot the learning management system and look for opportunities for improvement of client service.

Work with facilitators to provide live in-session support to learners. Manage breakout rooms and troubleshoot technical difficulties.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Ability to apply structured problem solving and process skills to complex problems and projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with Business, IT and Operations stakeholders, coordinated with Account Management and/or directly over time.

University education in technology and/or Finance

Work with clients to demonstrate ways in which BR capabilities can be leveraged to create value

Look for opportunities to expand BR product offerings and bottom line with value-add solutions.

5-10 years working in a development environment understanding how to translate client requirements into Business requirement documents

Solid knowledge of Microsoft products

Leverage the Learning Management System to support all training objectives

Minimum three years’ experience working in training delivery, teaching, coaching, or facilitation

Share knowledge of customer/channel insights and perspective of the various channel dynamics on assigned categories and retailers

Build in-store and dotcom requirements for successful go-to-market launches

A CPG background is strongly preferred but would be open to non-traditional CPG experience

Experience managing P&L and budget required

First-hand experience of retailer engagement and developing exciting in-store experiences

A demonstrated ability to take a wide view; must be able to create, execute and manage a sound marketing plan

Solid project management and organizational skills

Bachelor of Arts, Adult Learning Degree/Certification, Organizational Development or 5 + years equivalent experience

Conflict resolution certification an asset

2 + years of previous experience working in a corporate training role

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a variety of personalities

Solid written and oral communication skills

5+ years people management/leadership experience.

5+ years’ experience in presale/sales engineering for Telco and/or cable operators (middle and high management levels).

Experience in sales/account management an advantage.

You will foster innovation, deliver thought leadership sessions, and provide ongoing feedback to PBG product management.

5+ years’ experience in requirements and analysis, project planning, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.

You will leverage the technical knowledge and work product across the division in order to accelerate sales campaigns.

Experience in financial services industry and HR project management

Contribute to the on-going design and enhancement of the HR solution in Workday to reflect RBC HR strategy and requirements

Identify gaps between business requirements and Workday functionality and recommend solutions

2-3 years of Workday configuration experience across one or more domains (Learning, Core HCM, Talent etc.)

Workday certification in one or more modules

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Manages and executes on L&D deliverables and works directly with key stakeholders for all symposiums, conferences and learning events

5-8 years of Learning & Development experience in a consulting or business partner capacity

3-5 years of experience in class (live and virtual) facilitation, e-learning development, digital learning development and instructional design

Possesses superior consulting skills – the ability to diagnose, recommend, implement, and evaluate learning solutions

Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

Solid experience in measurement of the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions
