Lead Manufacturing Operations Finance Analyst Jobs

2-4 years’ professional experience, preferably in investment management or financial services industry.

As an Analyst, International Finance Operations, You Will:

Project Management experience (PMP nice to have)

Project management designation not required but experience leading projects is an asset

Business experience in Aerospace or Service environment with Product Data Management tools would be an asset

Provide support for project management and report weekly updates to the management team

Skilled troubleshooting experience to diagnose the root cause of an issue and make recommendations

Experience in gathering requirements for and understanding complex work flows across multiple departments

10 years experience in the finance field

In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices

Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. Epicor Kinetic)

You will be accountable for all standard Finance functions: financial reporting, cost accounting, treasury, financing.

Leadership experience of 6 people or more, ideally located in different locations

MUST - Experience working with a manufacturing company > multi country/multi site experience

A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent and 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English.

Ability to manage time and manage simultaneously and efficiently multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Experience working at CAE, an asset.

Advanced working knowledge of Excel and strong database skills.

Identifying areas of inefficiencies in monthly, quarterly, and annual processes and offer solutions to improve efficiencies.

Applying knowledge of Canadian GAAP (ASNPO, ASPE and IFRS) and financial statement disclosure.

Fostering a service mentality in the Finance Team towards the rest of the business.

Recognized bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or in a related area.
