Strong organizational, time management and administrative skills

Ensure daily settlement totals for Credential Asset Management (CAM) and Credential Qtrade Securities (CQSI) match the central depository

Ensure that all responsibilities are allocated to team members

Post-secondary education or professional development in a related field is an asset

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Financial Services firm

Previous supervisory experience is an asset

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Asset Management (selection, procurement, use, care and lifecycle analysis of vehicle and equipment assets)

Develop and review energy management programs related to vehicle fuel as legislated

Completion of a diploma in Fleet/Heavy Equipment Management, Business Administration, Automotive Technology or a related field

Membership in the Fleet Management Association (NAFA) with a Certified Automotive Fleet Management designation an asset

Ensure all works are undertaken and constructed to an appropriate standard and in compliance with applicable legislative and regulated requirements.

Two (2) years of food service/housekeeping experience.

Experience working with Diet office software (CBORD), scheduling (ESP), room booking software (EMS) and SAP software preferred.

Completion of Grade 12 education, Manitoba Standards.

Physical and mental health to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

Food Handling Certificate Level 1.

Ability to express ideas and thoughts clearly in English, both verbally and in written format.
