Land Acquisition Specialist Jobs

Developing land and marine use management planning for projects to meet regulatory and corporate requirements and best practice;

Experience in visual quality assessment desirable but not a requirement;

Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects and teams, and environmental impact assessments;

A knowledge of, and experience with, optical based motion capture systems.

Plan and prepare capture session requirements related to the motion capture system, real-time streaming, HMCs, virtual cameras and witness video systems.

Preparation of the technical requirements of a mocap capture session;

A minimum of 5 years experience in motion capture or animation for video games, television, film or other related industry.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Motion Builder or a similar kind of 3D animation software.

An understanding of human movement, and knowledge of functional human anatomy.

Manage property and land acquisitions, initial site identifications/analysis, concept plans, market research, and pro forma financials

Manage third-party consultants and review/summarize proposals, reports, plans, and legal documents

University degree in business, finance, and/or accounting. MBA and/or CFA a plus

5+ years of relevant work experience at this level

Strong communication skills – written and oral

Negotiate residential development acquisitions in the GTA

Manage incoming data from our 3D scanning productions and condition it for automation

Minimum 2 years character modeling experience within video game, television, film or other related industry

Photography and/or 3D scanning experience

Knowledge of photogrammetry technology and techniques

Knowledge of wrapping and projecting volume and textures to 3D models

Knowledge of the Facial Action Coding System

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Utilize LinkedIn and other networking platforms to identify and connect with potential clients who could benefit from our mindset coaching services.

Conduct online meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, introduce our coaching offerings, and build rapport.

Effectively communicate the benefits of our mindset coaching programs, showcasing how they can help clients achieve their professional goals.

Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in the coaching or consulting industry.

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social networking platforms, with the ability to effectively connect with and engage potential clients.

Manage and update CRM records with activity, status, and notes

Other duties as assigned by the manager
