Knowledge of content web management systems.

Project management skills that include organizing, multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.

Provide appropriate information on program requirements and benefits to potential clients.

A minimum of three year diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Create and execute social media and general marketing plans for course offerings, special events and community events.

Support program staff in planning for internal workshops and events that enhance the student experience.

Able to demonstrate maturity, a positive attitude, and strong conflict management skills

Knowledge of crisis intervention, risk management, family centred, strength based, and solution focused practices/approaches

Experience/knowledge of basic program support (i.e. filing, preapprovals, caseload admission tracking, creating files)

Excellent computer skills (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) and data entry

Maintain current CPR/First Aid Safety certification

Knowledge of family dynamics and early childhood development

Creating and distributing KF brochures and websites to inform newcomers about KF and how to access the program

Utilizing the KF and partner websites to inform newcomers about the KF program

Help connect and refer newcomer families from other KidsFirst agencies to RODS Settlement services to meet their settlement needs
