An overview of a Junior Archaeologist job typically involves working with a team of archaeologists to assist in the excavation and analysis of artifacts, sites, and other archaeological materials. Junior Archaeologists are responsible for helping to identify, document, and analyze artifacts, as well as helping to interpret the data collected. They may also be responsible for helping to develop and implement research plans, and for helping to prepare reports and presentations. Junior Archaeologists may also be responsible for helping to manage fieldwork and laboratory work, and for helping to coordinate with other professionals in the field.
