You will be responsible for conducting investigations into potential violations of company policies and procedures, as well as researching and analyzing data to identify potential areas of risk. Overview Investigations Specialists are responsible for conducting investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, and policies. They are responsible for gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing reports on their findings. They may also be responsible for providing expert testimony in court proceedings. Detailed Job Description Investigations Specialists are responsible for conducting investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, and policies. They must be able to identify and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare reports on their findings. They must be able to evaluate the credibility of witnesses and determine the validity of evidence. They must be able to present their findings in a clear and concise manner. They may also be responsible for providing expert testimony in court proceedings. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures
• Ability to analyze evidence and draw logical conclusions
• Ability to interview witnesses and evaluate their credibility
• Ability to prepare detailed reports
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer applications
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related field
• Previous experience in investigations or law enforcement
• Certification in investigations or law enforcement
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
