Manage and optimize processes for data consumption and validation.

Knowledge and experience using shared folders and working with collaborations tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Experience with low code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform

Experience developing and implementing business intelligence solutions such as Microsoft Power BI.

Experience with SQL and No SQL database technologies.

Experience assessing information and system needs of clients, and assist in the development of improved, cost-effective solutions.

Experience designing and developing alternatives based on business/client needs and provide recommendations on solutions.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Good working knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong communication and presentation skills

Business case experience is an asset

Demonstrated experience with JAD/Sprint session facilitation and the ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.

Lead the elicitation, elaboration, analysis and validation of business requirements and data needs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Power BI

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.

3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence and Analytics Developer, with a strong focus on Power BI

Certification in Power BI preferred

Knowledge of SQL, data querying, and scripting languages

Experience in establishing and managing a BI Center of Excellence, with expertise in Power BI implementation and data governance

Report/present findings and data-driven recommendations to the leadership and management team.

Support any data analytics requests from Supply Management

Three (3) years' working experience within the last 4 years in the business intelligence and analytics analyst role including experience in:

Previous work experience in the pubic sector or large organizations.
