Must have 5 plus years of P&C insurance experience, you are an insurance subject matter expert

Must have an in-depth knowledge of data ingestion tools, technologies and processes

Preferred experience within specialty/E&S markets

8+ years of experience as Product Manager in Insurance space with focus on claims

Manage schedule, risks and budget of product delivery

Manage a product backlog, work with BAs and help define users stories and epics in Jira/Confluence

Proven experience in product design

Define roadmaps and features for various Insurance products

Lead a multidisciplinary Agile team with a Scrum Master to execute on defined roadmap.

A Canadian Risk Management (CRM), Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation is required.

Organize and oversee completion of FortisBC’s multi-year asset appraisal program.

Identify, pursue and implement insurance program and process improvement opportunities to realize insurance premium cost savings and process efficiencies.

Knowledge of the insurance industry and/or risk management.

Experienced in data analytics, developing methodologies and outputs to provide key insights to drive business decisions.

Generates new and manages retained business

Broad industry network with key stakeholders (corporate risk managers, c-suite leaders, brokers, insurance professionals).

Excellent communication and negotiations skills with ability to handle conflicts and align multiple parties' interests

Develops and executes detailed sales plans ensuring support of the end to end journey.

4+ years related work experience in related workforce - sales, account management, retail leadership

Account Management experience is required

Retail store or regional manager experience preferred

Work cross-functionally to deliver strategies across guest experience, training, arena brand experience, educator experience, and Marketing

You will work cross functionally with Community, Sports Marketing, Product, and more, on experiences and activations within Arenas

You provide onboarding with the right tools and training, including product education, VM, brand, social media best practices
