As a Team Lead, Insurance Advisor, you're a collaborative sales leader who's passionate about the client experience and your team members. You'll inspire, guide, and support your team by creating a culture that encourages collaboration and efficiency while leveraging your insurance expertise.

Why We'll Love You

• A natural ability at building authentic customer relationships
• Level 1 license (Level 2 preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service
• You're an expert at mastering time, multiple tasks, and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

• 3 plus years of personal lines insurance experience

Once Here, You'll

• A keen eye for details for reporting and auditing client files
• Collaborate with the team and input during weekly, monthly, and one on one meetings
• Enthusiasm for participating in special projects
• Lead and coach team members through support, training, and mentorship
• Track and encourage staff with reviews and recognition
• Seek opportunities to pursue new business through cross-selling
• Guide and support team members to reach sales targets and business goals
