Experience (working knowledge and troubleshooting) with IPAM (DNS, DHCP), Email security technologies IPS/IDS

Post-secondary technical degree (e.g. Computer Engineering or Computer Science) or diploma with a suitable combination of education and experience maybe considered

Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, OCSP, CCNP, CCIE-Security) and major vendor security certificationsare preferred

Familiarity with managed services models and experience managing relationships with external service providers

Proficient in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL is a must

Manage and maintain illumin’s corporate IT and office infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and software applications

Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability to meet business requirements

Manage the IT budget, including cost analysis, forecasting, and expenditure tracking

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technology skills and awareness among employees

Deliver the training in accordance with the course Lesson Plan, using appropriate Adult Education techniques

Achieved the rank of Master Corporal or Sergeant AND a minimum of 3 years experience instruction in the subject area

Must hold a valid Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA) Certification

Developing or revising lesson plans, instructional material, and training aids

Developing or revising courseware based on input from the Project Authority

Set up the classroom prior to the start of the scheduled start time

Deliver the training in accordance with the course Lesson Plan, using appropriate Adult Education techniques

Achieved the rank of Master Corporal or Sergeant AND a minimum of 3 years experience instruction in the subject area

Must hold a valid Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA) Certification

Experience managing a mid-size IT Department in a 24x7 environment.

Advanced networking experience with CISCO Switches/Routers, Gateways, and Firewalls.
