Responsible for reaching out to developers to inform them of new listings

Ensure all listings are properly documented and gather any missing paperwork or signatures

Organize proposals and prepare brokers for meetings

Experience preparing reports; strong organization with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Recent, related experience in a customer service environment; preferred experience in new home sales centres

Preparing daily and weekly reports as required (traffic and sales reports, monthly competition reports, options reports).

Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, loves MS Excel!

Excellent knowledge of best practices in project management methodology

Report and escalate to management as needed

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

2 -3 years recent, related sales experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Assist Marketing Manager in updating catalogues, flyer designs, and creation of any marketing content as needed.

Consumer Experience: Experienced and comfortable managing Huer’s CX efforts via email, social media, and website.

Experience with the consumer-packaged goods industry will be necessary.

Experience in customer service via email, social, and website.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship-management skills

Experience in all aspects of the project is preferred: design development, working drawings, contract administration, and field services

Monitoring of project controls and associated reporting as well as profit & loss responsibilities for the practice

Minimum of 5-10+ years of related experience as a project architect, with construction phase experience

Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures

Demonstrated background of experience detailing institutional buildings, both new and renovations.
