Assist with the overall execution of infrastructure investments including collaborating with management teams to drive performance

2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or consulting; experience in infrastructure investments/transactions is desirable

Strong research, financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills

Contract management, disputes and/or asset management.

Financial analysis and modeling, and/or consideration of economic costs and benefits

Experiences managing and mentoring junior staff

Strong preference will be given to candidates who have gained such experience from either:

A professional services environment with relevant infrastructure related project experience and/or commercial and financial advisory experience; or

Financial modelling experience with major capital projects, with the capacity to develop such models independently with minimal guidance

Knowledge of digital accessibility as specified on the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

Vendor Management and Inventory Control

A post-secondary education in graphic design, marketing, visual communication, or a related field

3-5 years professional marketing/design experience or comparable

Demonstrated graphic design skills and strong foundation in marketing principles and strategies, including branding, advertising, and content creation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate marketing concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders

High school diploma and/or 6 years of combined equivalent work experience and education

Provide assistance to skilled trades (electricians, millwrights, plumbers, carpenters) in Terminal Infrastructure Response and Reliability or Airside Infrastructure

Experience in analysis and decision making

Interpersonal skills to effectively deal with people, including superiors, co‐workers, customers and passengers

Performs preventative, corrective, and demand maintenance to GTAA systems and facilities both indoor and outdoor

Investigate and make safe: broken glass in windows and doors, damaged or lifting floor coverings, stair treads etc.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, intellectual agility, client and time management skills

Well-developed qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities

Ability to travel internationally for management meetings, investment partner meetings and site visits

Present investment recommendations as part of the internal and external approval processes and manage multiple and ongoing client follow-on requests

Manage the deal flow/pipeline of opportunities, conducting market/industry research, performing valuation and track record analysis, and creating detailed financial models

Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and persistent in gathering and assessing information and to quickly assimilate knowledge

Design management or Architectural firm experience preferred.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Architecture or equivalent experience plus evidence of exceptional ability.

2+ years of experience in the Architectural field required.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge to coordinate utilities with outside consultants.

Support production of design concept documents, presentations drawings and design details.

Evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities, applying business/investment judgement and analytical skills;

Develop and operate complex financial models to evaluate and manage investments;

Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance - a focus on business, finance or accounting is preferred.

Experience in complex financial modeling of businesses, preferably infrastructure-related.

Experience performing detailed due diligence.
