5+ years demonstrated experience in technical project execution/leadership and/or technology consulting

Experience implementing applications and delivering solutions on ServiceNow

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including story-point estimation, story elaboration, sprint grooming, task assignment & management to completion, retrospectives, etc

Delivery Leads who also have people management accountability will recruit, train, coach, and manage the performance and career of their staff

3+ years of experience in Financial Services, with deep domain knowledge in Lending and/or Online Retail Banking

Hands-on problem solving skills to remove technical impediments and manage closure of RAID

Experience or knowledge about Open Banking (nice to have)

Plan and Manage the technology delivery of one or more projects/ new products

• Experience in working with Mobile Device Management (WorkspaceOne, MobileIron, Intune)

• DLP, AV, WSUS, Patch management, VPN, VDI technology

• Patch management, ITSM tools, Microsoft Exchange, O356, MS teams, Azure AD, Proxy, etc.

• Vendor and contract Management

• Provide data driven analysis to management about key improvement and opportunity area

• Inventory management, incident management, change management & problem management

Experience with people management and leading a team.

Provide development, testing, debugging, and additional Project Management support wherever and whenever needed/appropriate.

Experience with Web UI development and JavaScript libraries (React js, Vue js, etc.)

Experience with backend development platform languages such as PHP

Experience with Data pipelines and analytics

Experience working with reliable DevOps solutions, continuous integration and continuous delivery

5+ years of direct people management and leading technology delivery through others

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred

Manage portfolio level risks and dependencies

Manage portfolio heath and financials (CapEx, OpEx, and SG&A)

Lead Community of Practice for Program and Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts

Manage leadership team communications, rhythms and plans (meetings, offsites, planning sessions, OKRs)

Build , execute and monitor change management plan

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations

BS level technical degree required or equivalent experience

Experience in architecting highly available, resilient, fault tolerant systems that utilize load balancing, and horizontal & vertical scaling

Experience in an IT strategy & enterprise architecture/ consulting role in an organization that has executed large scale migrations to cloud

Strong business acumen and experience in finance or expense management and planning

5+ years of experience in Strategic Portfolio Management, PMO and project management

2+ years of people management and team building experience is a must

Well-developed organizational and time management skills

Manage consistent and standardized configuration and common attributes related to integrations at a Global level

Manage releases and ongoing enhancements while focusing on a flawless and robust operating relationship with leads
