2+ years of experience in presales solutions engineering or consulting, with experience in handling larger accounts

Strong API knowledge (REST and GraphQL) for enterprise integrations.

Creating customized product demos and proof of concepts for use during virtual or on-site client demonstrations

Identity Access Management Solution Architect

You have experience with Cloud IAM technologies

You have certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP)

Working experience with software packages similar to those used by the division (SailPoint Identity IIQ, RadiantLogic, Centrify PAS, CA Password Authority)

Responsibilities of a Solutions Architect

Experience with technical debt prioritization and roadmap planning with Product Management

Contribute to engineering automation, management, or development of production level systems

Three to six+ years of engineer testing experience of Java/API applications from unit to E2E, ideally in an enterprise organization

1-2 years of performance testing experience of Java/API applications

Nice to have: Experience with CDNs / caching / security / routing rules / etc

Nice to have: Experience with application observability, system-level design, performance

Define customer requirements, and work with cross-functional R&D teams to drive and influence product development to meet these requirements

3+ years of experience in integrated photonics (e.g., silicon photonics)

Hands-on experience in engineering, testing, and deploying DWDM and Packet Optical with Ciena’s Converged Packet Optical products is highly desired.

Hands-on experience with API (REST, NETCONF, gRPC), streaming telemetry and YANG data models (Ciena, OpenConfig) is essential.

Hands-on experience developing automation tools using Python, JAVA and Shell-based scripting tools is essential.

Hands-on experience debugging and troubleshooting optical fibre communications systems is desirable

In This Job You Will

Experience of privileged access management solutions and an understanding of secrets management

Interested in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions, including joiners, movers, and leavers processes and access management.

Understanding of customer identity management systems (B2C );

Privileged Access Management (PIM / PAM)

Experienced in consulting and advisory discussions with clients and other consulting firms

Experienced in working with or leading medium to large teams

Actively assist other Sales teams in pre-sales engineering responsibilities

5+ years Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering experience or equivalent experience - practitioners are welcome as well

B.S. degree in an engineering or similar program from an accredited college / university preferred or equivalent experience

Proficiency and/or knowledge of existing HashiCorp tools such as Vagrant, Packer, Terraform, Consul, Nomad, Vault and others

Experience with implementing software products or solutions to large and dynamic enterprise companies

Lead pre-sales engineering activities including technical discovery, technical value proposition, architectural guidance, sales campaign support and ongoing client relationships
