Human Resources Student Jobs in Alberta

Experience working in the Higher Education Industry and recruiting for College Instructors is considered an asset.

Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

Sound knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Minimum 3-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience.

In-depth knowledge of Alberta Labour Laws and Human Rights.

Efficient with strong organizational skills.

- 2+ years’ experience as an HR Admin

- University Degree or Diploma or equivalent experience

- Experience with Bullhorn ATS

- Experience with job boards – Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Linkedin

- Experience with Social Media – Instagram, X

- Experience writing job descriptions, posting jobs

• 3- 5 years proven work experience as a HR Service desk associate

• Hands on experience with help desk

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

 Ability to answer to queries related to payroll

 Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis

 Setting customer service standards
