Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience - 7 months to less than 1 year

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

Ensure food service and quality control

Computer knowledge of WORD, Excel and Outlook Calendar Management an asset

Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal & communications skills

Lead management of daily reservations procedures

1-3 Years Previous restaurant and/or food service experience

Preference for winery restaurant experience or fine dining

Related training and/or College/University education an asset

Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of CedarCreek wine and culinary offerings

Lead our Home Block team throughout service, providing on-the-floor support in all facets of our dining experiences.

5+ years of food and beverage service experience

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a contemporary dining environment

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, & Excel)

Be responsible for preparing our restaurant and team for success and providing them with the tools to excel.

POS experience, knowledge of RTP system, an asset,

1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar Food & Beverage venue,

Food Safe Level II and Serving it Right certifications

Must be of legal drinking age as supervising in licensed areas,

Can handle stressful situations and meet fluctuating and demanding needs,

Second Language is an asset.
