Minimum two (2) years in a clinical informatics role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Lead and manage projects in the Health Care Information Systems in clinical areas.

Serve as back up to the Portfolio Manager in the area of team leadership.

Recent knowledge and experience with health data and information requirements and applications inherent in health management.

Apply teaching and learning strategies using available technology including but not limited to learning management systems (Blackboard Ultra).

PhD preferred in health informatics, health information management/technology, health administration, health data analytics, population health, data/information governance, or another related field.

At least 10 years of experience in information management, including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of information management principles and best practices.

Experience in developing and implementing information management policies and procedures.

Experience in project management, configuration management, and process improvement.

Ability to support Digital Engineering and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s of Nursing degree or related field.

Proven hands-on specialized experience with business applications such as Cerner millennium solutions and Cancer Agency Information System (CAIS).

2 years’ experience implementing electronic clinical documentation in a healthcare environment and assisting clinical users with adoption.

5 years’ experience developing training strategies and plans for healthcare transformation and operations.

* Must have at least 3 years of experience in either Data Management or Data Governance.

* Must be proficient in SharePoint and other Document Management system(s). Experience with Documentum is a plus.

* Ability to interpret and apply internal Information Management policies.

* Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and training end users.

* Strong communication skills, including organizational skills, end-user relationship building, and technical writing capabilities.

* 0365 Power Platform (Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI) experience is considered an asset.
