Books outpatient appointments by receiving appointment requests, making follow-up appointments and adjusting arrangements in accordance with patient and facility requirements.

Prepares and maintains records related to program operation, following established procedure; forwards to the manager for approval and submits for processing.

Collects, sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, internal correspondence and courier documents.

Types a variety of material including correspondence, memos, forms and procedures.

Maintains departmental records, compiles information, prepares statistics into report format and forwards to appropriate parties.

Maintains filing systems by performing duties such as indexing, labeling and filling appropriately.

Conducting all measuring, transfer and management of all IRI data

Abide by Certification of Recognition (COR) / safety documents in compliance with all safety guidelines, pertinent to the work performed

Overlooking measurements to insure accuracy and completeness; data entry and review

Ensuring and unbiased testing environment in compliance with the quality manual and other regulatory requirements

Strong background of mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to effectively organize workload and manage time to meet deadlines

What You Need To Know

Experience with / exposure to data pipelines and workflow management tools (e.g. Airflow)

In depth knowledge and experience with SQL (NoSQL is a plus)

Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.

Architect, implement and manage cloud-based data warehousing and data lake solutions.

Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Data Engineer with a focus on cloud-based data engineering

Proven experience of working as a Data Engineer (working with T-SQL)

NDT or CWB certification or experience is an asset

TICO Travel Agent certification (or willing to attain)

Knowledge of GDS System preferred

Strong project management and organizational skills

Minimum of four years Canadian Corporate tax experience

Previous experience dealing with clients within the financial services sector is strongly preferred
