Manufacturing experience, automotive is an asset

Licensed/ticketed trade experience is an asset

Plan, organize, supervise and control planned, shift operations,equipment repairs and improvements.

Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program.

Experience in a similar product management, marketing, product specialist, account manager or business development role, in the healthcare simulation industry.

Support talent management programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train personnel.

Work with engineering / project management to deliver the product on time and on budget.

Support the product life cycle with product management including obsolescence.

Manage relationship with 3rd party AV partners, and negotiate technical agreements to best deliver for customers. Ensure clear responsibilities in delivery.

Organized and detail oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.

Leading development of skills and knowledge in the Maintenance Department.

Working with Production and Reliability management members to develop and improve PM inspection routes and systems.

Three (3) or more years of experience within an industrial maintenance environment in Maintenance or Reliability leadership role

Leadership experience in a unionized workplace.

Knowledge in Maintenance Reliability, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance

Experience utilizing Root Cause Analysis or other similar problem-solving tools

Attend management meetings, annual events, and other activities internationally.

Develop clear business plans, priorities, and forecasts, and ensure short-range forecasts (net revenue and EBITA) are delivered as expected.

Provide quarterly analysis of ongoing business performance.

This role requires a professional to be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Must have a minimum of one year's experience in the child care field

Must possess strong communication skills

Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR Certification is considered an asset

Have ability to work as part of a team

High School Completion Certificate or equivalent

Rate of pay is $18.28 per hour plus vacation pay.

Strong knowledge of Computerized systems, Data management systems, Quality management systems, SAP, SOPs, automation, and other software/applications.

Facilitate daily meetings and report findings to management.

Perform other duties as assigned by Department Management throughout all stages of drug substance manufacturing.

Sound Knowledge of Microbiology, protein purification, mechanical skill and knowledge, Aseptic Techniques, Chemistry, cGMP.

Schedule and coordinate daily/weekly work of a group of technical staff in B200 as per area requirements.

Train and ensure technical staff comply to GMP and SOP requirements.

2+ years of production management experience. Automotive experience preferred.

Directs the maintenance & management of equipment & fixtures and assists in the definition of equipment and fixtures for new projects.

Drafts Lessons Learned safety and quality documents for their assigned area to support knowledge sharing across all teams.

Assists manager & equipment/process engineers to develop and maintain a TPM Checklist and oversees the ongoing process checks by the teams.

Must be able to read, write and perform basic math skills (basic algebra, fractions, geometry).

Experience in effective use of quality gauges/equipment, inventory systems, blueprint interpretation, computer applications and SPC charting.

Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization

Excellent project management skills and the proven ability to manage numerous projects at any given

Prior manufacturing experience, knowledge of production environments, and in automotive industry are considered assets

Meets schedule and quality requirements

Provide Leadership to Skilled Trades, and provide supervision and direction to contractors when required

Manage Equipment issues and Equipment Breakdowns, and develop permanent corrective action

Support the Maintenance Manager to coordinate all maintenance work in the facility and oversee the work of the maintenance team

A minimum of 5 years industrial millwright experience preferably in the food or beverage industry

Comfortable working and teaching others troubleshooting skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Hands on approach to resolving mechanical and electrical issues that occur.

Work alongside mechanics and electricians to ensure all production lines are running on time
