Global Supplier Relationship Management Lead Jobs

Oversee execution of all contracts with close partnership with tech managers, sourcing, third party risk management groups

Drive productivity/ cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team

8 years plus experience in a financial services role

Communications or marketing experience preferred

Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

PROSCI or CCMP certification in Change Management desired

Knowledge and passion of change management principles

Track and report on business/employee/end user readiness along with progress and effectiveness of change management deliverables tied to assigned initiatives

Follows GMP and regulatory requirements, and ensures quality standards are met.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization

Drive stakeholder readiness and adoption measurement by designing and tracking relevant KPIs

Manage contract disputes and interpretation procedures

Use contract knowledge and expertise to support enhanced delivery

Create a collaborative environment to identify capabilities

Manage several complex and large-scale sourcing initiatives

Work with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements and establish sourcing strategies

Track contract deliverables & obligations

Share with management and market leaders biweekly/monthly reporting on actual performance vs. goal

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required and an MBA is preferred.

10 years minimum work experience in an FP&A type role

Desire to take on the responsibility of leading a finance function.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience in supplier risk/relationship management

Execute on the mandate regarding operational service excellence and risk management activities

Manage effective relationships with key stakeholders, supplier management offices and other support groups including centers of governance

Manage day to day operations to ensure compliance to standards and policies

Working knowledge of Ivalua and Archer

BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability or Business or equivalent relevant experience preferred

Experience in procurement, sourcing or related field

Subject matter expertise in Supplier Sustainability and demonstrated experience with building and running a supplier sustainability program

Detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills

Manage all day-to-day vendor requirements, including program changes from final approval through to implementation

Create and manage supplier business relationships that builds supplier programs designed to drive profitable sales for GRS and its Partners

Negotiate, Forecast, and manage vendor rebate programs and seek out opportunities to maximize returns

3-5 years of vendor relations experience

Excellent interpersonal skills, to negotiate and collaborate with vendors on many different levels

Time management, organization and remaining focused on tasks at hand;

Airline industry and GDS Knowledge (considered an asset);

Working in a bilingual environment, with strong communication skills both written and verbal, in English and French.
