- Data Governance and Management

Conduct fieldwork (remote or at client site) such as walkthroughs, interviews, technical testing, document findings and observations, conduct interviews, etc.

Maintain knowledge of risk and governance frameworks, regulatory and compliance mandates, and latest industry trends

Bachelor's degree required in one of these disciplines: accounting, business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or other relevant degree.

7+ years’ experience in Enterprise Risk related roles, with specific expertise preferred in Asset Management, Insurance, or Product Governance.

Monitoring and further optimizing the In Control Framework – controls within the Asset Management and Remarketing, Product Lifecycle, and Insurance processes.

Regularly advise senior management regarding risks, appropriate controls, remediation, actions and status thereof. Pro-actively propose and implement applicable improvement plans.

Ensure corrective actions are initiated timely, lessons learned are embedded in the Asset Management organization as well as other applicable areas.

Ensure that the GBU’s and Overlay functions take, own, and manage risks as a 1st line of responsibility.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Provide daily support for account management and assist in the regular operations of the client's business.

Atleast2 years of experience in government, government relations, or communications.

Knowledge of the Canadian Parliament, federal policy, and legislative affairs highly desired.

Client and interpersonal skills, proficient at effectively conveying information through various communication channels such as phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Strong writing and editing skills to ensure clarity, persuasion, and polish for content, documents, and other written materials.

Experience interacting with senior level management and community representatives

Stakeholder management and partnership development skills

Clinical management skills will be considered an asset

Master’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline or equivalent experience

Manage global software licensing in collaboration with Finance.

Responsible for ensuring IT systems and infrastructure is in place for a seamless artist experience remotely and in studio.

Manage and unify the IT structure globally.

Identify solutions to recurring IT issues and ensure technical limitations experienced are minimised for staff allowing them to work without disruption.

Lead discussions with department heads to improve the user experience

As part of the Senior team, set strategic targets and goals to continuously improve user experience.

Responsible for IT Ops, including the IT support team, directory services, device management, system patching, office connectivity, and IT hardware inventory.

Work closely with the Cloud infrastructure department to ensure proper network security and access management policies across cloud vendors (AWS/GCP)

Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management

Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

7+ years experience in IT

Experience in compliance, familiarity with industry standards like SOC2, ISO27001, etc
